Access and Use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in the delivery of Education Content in Institutions in African Countries

Abstract

Education in African Countries has developed and expanded at a very high rate. Some countries have had high-level enrollments in Primary, Secondary, Colleges and University level. Due to this rapid expansion, one would expect the countries to use the ICTs to cope with this expansion but experiences from Kenya Universities tells a different story
