Abstract

Africa negotiations over conflict and cooperation have evolved with the attainment of the political independence mainly because of interstate, territorial disputes, inter-party or class struggle for power and foreign interventions because of ideological or economical interest coupled with racial, religious and inter-ethnic conflicts.
