dc.description.abstract For Kenya and other developing countries, Tourism contributes significantly to national revenue and Gross Domestic Product and hence National growth. Tour operation plays a key role in ensuring sustainability of this sector of the economy. This paper therefore examines the dimensions of sustainable entrepreneurship in Tour Operator (TO) firms. Data was drawn from 70 TO firms in the coastal region of Kenya. The study revealed the key dimensions of sustainable entrepreneurship practiced by the firms. The findings are invaluable in providing a basis for policies that regulate entrepreneurial behavour for desired sustainable outcomes forfirms. en_US
