dc.description.abstract his work shows a global consensus that organisational leadership plays a significant role in building organisational resilience. Positive organisational leadership brings together all components needed by an organisation to effectively function and successfully navigate tumultuous times. Studies reveal how organisational leadership can be examined through an individual's traits lens or from a process perspective and how it mediates organisational resilience with other factors such organisational culture, diversity, and technological advances. Findings from various sectors of the economy confirm the universal need for organisations to be resilient. This study provides insights on the extent to which leadership plays a role in building organisational resilience. It also identifies gaps that need to be addressed through future empirical research studies. en_US
