Abstract: | Healthcare workers in resource-poor sectors face many challenges in managing patients with neurogenic bladders. These subsets of patients do not get optimum care due to the unavailability of specialized personnel and equipment. Healthcare providers in these regions use clinical knowledge and basic imaging procedures to make management decisions. Both pharmacological and non-phar- macological treatment is available, and it has been cited that solid social support contributes to patients’ care, improves the quality of life, and limits morbidities. Two cases are discussed in this report. |
