This paper critiques the ruling by the high court allowing the government to proceed with the biometrical registration dubbed as the huduma registration. This registration is a violation of the right to privacy because Kenya currently does not have any legislation on data protection. This paper also argues that a violation of the right to privacy will also violate the right to dignity.en_US
