Abstract: This book discusses the significance of organizational culture in institutions of higher learning with specific focus on Moi University, Kenya. The book advocates for the importance of organizations to deliberately manage their organizational cultures by using Force Field Analysis theory, by Kurt Lewin, in order to improve work performance. It is noted that most institutions of higher learning in Kenya suffer from the tendency of managers to ignore their organizational cultures and consequently, the politics of nepotism and ethnicity manifest in organizational performance. This book is recommended for social science researchers, university students in Education and Social Science, and administrators in institutions of higher learning.
