dc.description.abstractThe Indiana Global Health Research Working Conference of October 2012 was convened by a planning committee representing Indiana’s research-intensive universities (Indiana University, Purdue University, and the University of Notre Dame). The event was organized as an open-space meeting with six thematic emphases and pre-conference keynote papers. Within their domains of common interest, attendees developed forme fruste research project abstracts that represent a future-oriented agenda for global health research. The organizational principles and purposes of this meeting are explicated with a concluding commentary on the agenda for research.en_US
